Do not bank here-they’re shady and shouldn’t be trusted with your money. This branch is on a power trip and completely disregards normal banking procedures and standards. Bank literally anywhere but here!
A lot has changed at this branch from when I first moved here and became a customer almost 10 years ago. We financed our first home with this branch, a HELOC 4 years later, as well as a couple of small business loans & lines of credits through the years. The products KeyBank offered, combined with a solid branch staff meant we never had to go anywhere else.
