I've kept track. I've gone in 7 times in 6 weeks. Not once was there not an issue. Card reader doesn't work, one teller and a line of 6, no cash in ATM. The list goes on, plus the head teller is a busy body who should mind her own business.
Edit: 2 months later this atm was down 2 days this week. I go out of my way to come to this atm, let alone having to go out of my way to another one 15 mins away. FIX IT OR TAKE IT OUT. Not acceptable. Original review: Atm is always a problem. Love wasting time on my lunchbreak to go inside, wait in line, to get money I could've gotten at the atm.
Staff was very rude my first time in this bank. I asked if I could exchange some coin rolls for bills but the lady with purple hair replied with a snarky remake of "Oh sorry but only members with an account can do that sweetie" I had looked on their website before arriving to make sure they could take coin rolls, and NOWHERE did it say that I had to have a bank account with them for this.
