Revised Review: There was an issue with the drive-up ATM at the Elmgrove Road Keybank location. The ATM wasn't working as fast as I have known it to be, or there was a glitch that made it run slow, and I ended up having to drive away not receiving my $40.00 cash withdrawal. I brought this up with Keybank the next day, and reported the incident. At first Keybank decided not to credit me for the $40.00 withdrawal I never received from the ATM. Horrible Drive-Up ATM's .... machine often runs slow and is troublesome/frustrating to use. Keybank ripped me off for $40.00 when the drive-up ATM didn't dispense the cash. I waited for machine to dispense the cash for a couple of minutes, but nothing was coming out of the ATM. Being frustrated with the ATM's lack of seeming to follow through with my cash withdrawal, I pulled away due to cars loosing patience with the ATM taking sooooo long to complete my transaction.
