Jabari (Jay) was fantastic and helped us with our issue regarding bill pay. He went above and beyond what was required. We have been a customer of Key Bank since they purchased HSBC and before that Marine Midland. We a serious issue with the bill pay portion and were not very happy with Key Bank’s response, but if not for Jay, this issue would not have been settled and rectified. Thank you Jay.
My girlfriend and I have had pretty bad experiences with Key Bank in the past at other locations, but working with Jabari made all those previous experiences disappear in our minds. Very friendly, knowledgeable and my go to guy for future banking experiences.
