We came to KeyBank Kennebunk to close our accounts as they no longer have a branch in Ogunquit where we live. We were attended by Makayla McPherson. She was awesome! Tried to find a way to keep our business with KeyBank but understood why we had elected to close and made the process painless. She was very professional, stayed with us throughout, was very pleasant, friendly and super efficient. sick of dealing with fraud left and right, seems like its a thing that happens quit a bit from this bank so i will be closing my bank account and going somewhere else
