I went there on a Saturday! The manager, an older black lady , said she couldn’t let me make a deposit because the system was down. Then she sent me down the road to a bank that was closed!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Atm faulted out and kept my card while it kept saying please take card. Was treated as less than a person. Was lied to and told conflicting reasons on why they wouldn't help. Have been waiting for a manager over an hour now. Was told that because my atm card was not keybank issue that they won't help me. Horrible! Do not reccommend
I provided my Kuwaiti Bank card to the worker to transfer my money to my Keybank account but they said it is not possible while other banks provide this feature. Also, while i was talking to the worker, she called the next person in line and i had to step away which was not appropriate and uncivilized.
