We've been Keybank customers since they came to the area and took over our previous bank. I received a letter t8dqy indicating they were canceling one of our credit cards due to inactivity. I called and they told me they sent a letter 90 days prior alerting me to this. They did not send any letter. They just cancel cards at their will which effects credit scores. Im sick of the policies and terrible customer service of this bank. We're switching asap.
Always very friendly and appreciated the follow up call to see how we were enjoying our new accounts and if we needed anything further. Thank you, all!
