great people to work with
I've been a client of this branch for 3 years now, and I have never had any problems; no rudeness, no disrespect, nothing like that at all. I've always found the employees to be very helpful, pleasant and professional. Yes, I recommend this excellent bank!
What a horrible experience with the manager. She gives you false information but she doesn't have a clue what's going on.
What a horrible experience key Bank took it on their own to add a logo to a bank transfer called it a shopping transaction and picked a website for merchant contact. Causing a lot of chaos and the manager all she had to say was okay they cost me another bank account with somebody else with their confusion and their glitch all this lady had to say was okay horrible horrible horrible
Genuinely, never have a bad experience here, I go in monthly for my rent check and they are always kind.
