I went to this location to see how I could get a new card because I lost my wallet, I let her know I had another government ID with me but she told me I could only use my license because it has to be scanned and it was nothing that she could do for me I would just have to call the 800 nbr. It really pisses me off, I have been banking here for years but because I lost my license and bank card their is no other way to help me order a new card or get into my account just ridiculous I think I may be in search of a new bank Asap ... read more
Its alright. They are usually nice.
Very rude staff. They act as if you're inconveniencing them when you approach the teller desk. Do business elsewhere folks.
I go there every month to pay my rent, this month, I give them the same amount I do every month and I get a receipt for 100 dollars less than what I gave the teller. She was over 100 dollars off and said they have to review the cameras before putting the money in my landlords account. My landlord and I are not happy at all.
