I will not reveal specifics of my problem when I called the James Street Syracuse branch. What I can say is this: God bless the Branch Manager for his much needed help. I'm older, and like millions of Senior Citizens, it's getting scary on the financial end. Sam just made an old man cry. I'm not a review kind of guy. Thank you so much, Sam. God bless.

I went to this location to see how I could get a new card because I lost my wallet, I let her know I had another government ID with me but she told me I could only use my license because it has to be scanned and it was nothing that she could do for me I would just have to call the 800 nbr. It really pisses me off, I have been banking here for years but because I lost my license and bank card their is no other way to help me order a new card or get into my account just ridiculous I think I may be in search of a new bank Asap ... read more
