Do yourself a favor and don't go to this branch. The employees, including the branch manager, are rude and lack competence in what they do
If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional. Condescending. Unable to effectively communicate. Does not follow through. They made a MAJOR error which resulted in restricting ALL of my husband’s and I’s accounts and funds. After being a client of 20 years, I received a voicemail from them at 4:59pm letting us know we had access to none of our funds and ALL of our accounts were restricted for ten to NINETY days with no opportunity to call back as they called ONE minute before they closed.
