I enjoy banking here, but unfortunately can not enter this location in the past month. Unfortunately due to what looks like hate groups protesting on the bank ground area. I'm not sure why the bank isn't having these people removed from the property as it is uncomfortable to conduct business here at this time.
Extremely personable staff that are well versed in all of the programs that Keybank offers. I genuinely enjoy doing business here.
Opened an account with my husband a few months ago. We were helped by Ms. Santabarbara. She was nice, but failed to type in my correct name from my Driver's License into the computer, causing them to request for me to come back in to provide another form of identity. Their hours are during my working hours, so 2 months later, my account is still unusable. Got a vacation day to go into the branch to remedy the situation and provide my SS card. Just got a letter in the mail saying my account was canceled and an email saying my... read more
