I walked in dirty dirty in my work clothes messy hair looking like I might be a problem the security even stood ready lol but was helped with kindness. Made my deposit and was on my way.
Went to do business at this bank in Seattle. Stefan Ashley was the person who assisted me and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient with me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I received the service I came for.
The staff and location are the reason for 5 stars. To be honest, the dealings they had with their administrative people trying to resolve my issue was infuriatingly impossible, though

I came in just looking to make a quick deposit but got more value from the trip than what I anticipated. Mustapha and Engel were professional, friendly, and really listened to my concerns and addressed my needs. Will definitely be going to this branch in the future for the great service.
