They closed my account after I have been with them for 28 years With no explanation why

I love my Key Bank branch. The tellers are always helpful when I have a question about my accounts. The drive thru is, well a drive thru. You have to wait your turn just like everybody else. A majority of mine have been quick, even with COVID-19 epidemic. When we could only use the drive thru for the first few months it was busy, but that was our new norm in the world. Key Bank is my go to even though I have another bank account some where else.
Always liked this bank branch until they took Saturday banking hours away. At least they were open until 6 PM on Fridays. Now they’ve taken that away too, so I can’t do ANY banking on the Island which is where I live.
Unhelpful. Chris Balea is useless and incompetent. Rude and disregarding. Don't go to keybank.
