I can not for the life of me understand how this bank only has a 3.0 I have been with Key for my 21 years of Business, they have always helped me tremendously even when I flip out, only to find out it was my fault. I have been with Key for many years and this branch has been the very best I have ever delt with. I can't speak to other comments, just my experience, but my experience has been wonderful. The staff is attentive, kind and professional. Wait times will vary, but that's expected at any branch- they don't overstaff, but the service when they do get to me is 1st class. I would not do business anywhere else.
20 minutes in the drive thru, always short staffed. Never had issues when I banked with first Niagara or Herkimer county trust. Will definitely be changing banks because of this locations service
