Doesn’t treat their business customers with respect. I have a business account a personal and savings with KeyBank Filed a dispute on April October 27 2025 and still ongoing but fails to provide provisional credit so I can get my account back in order They have people calling me over the over due amount but fails to realize I have an open dispute
I put 1500 cash in the bank the worker gave me a receipt saying 1500 but checked my account only 700 on it Feb 14 800 was never added and again several times. I'm reporting these thefts. That's ok I'm sure I mean nothing but I expected trust and integrity from this bank. God helps me.
I think KeyBank doesn’t have good weekend and evening support. The website and internet banking is not up to par with the bigger banks. Closed my account and had to go to a bigger bank.
Untimely processing for account withdrawals causing confusion and hardship for the customer, frequent Zelle “locks” for “fraudulent activity” that I’ve never heard of impacting someone who uses a different bank, let alone as many times as it happens with Key. They take so long to process withdrawals, it’s caused me months of hardship and stress with my credit card carrier. Keybank is always been pretty good to me. Had it since college and convenient app options and my questions are always answered.
