Bethany is awful! Every time I get her she has some sort of lousy attitude and today she rolled her eyes at me at the drive thru window because I paused to see how much money I wanted to withdraw. I went inside to talk with the branch manager Terry Hartman who is a complete joke! He goes "I didn't see her roll her eyes", well maybe because he wasn't anywhere near the incident when it happened! The Staff is always friendly, helpful and I am always able to complete my task. I love the efficiency of my deposits clearing and the online Key App is exceptional. I have had personal and business accounts in 5 different local banks and Key Bank is kept my business for over 20 years. Thank you for being my bank.
****UPDATE **** Please see the reply from Keybank.... How will making someone come inside make a safer, more secure transaction? You had my drivers license, and the check was drawn from YOUR bank.... Audra Baker is absolutely awful. Threw the loan paperwork at my mother and disabled brother. He is autistic and sometimes has a hard time with repetition, he forgot to include his middle initial on three sheets. Not abnormal, not an issue he can just scribble in his middle initial. Audra made an extremely rude comment by saying, he did this three times and he still can't remember. Then explained he is autistic and struggles with repetition. She is extremely ableist, bitter, nasty and a rude human. Karma is all I gotta say.
