Bethany is awful! Every time I get her she has some sort of lousy attitude and today she rolled her eyes at me at the drive thru window because I paused to see how much money I wanted to withdraw. I went inside to talk with the branch manager Terry Hartman who is a complete joke! He goes "I didn't see her roll her eyes", well maybe because he wasn't anywhere near the incident when it happened! The Staff is always friendly, helpful and I am always able to complete my task. I love the efficiency of my deposits clearing and the online Key App is exceptional.
