Went to KeyBank to make a quick deposit Some middle-aged, overweight, bald guy was just chitchatting and flirting with the Young ladies there And all of us in Lyen are thinking he’s just waiting for something. NOPE After five minutes of reminiscing, he tapped his wallet on the counter and says OK. See you later. That whole time we’re all waiting in line And the people working there could care less. Very unprofessional And the people work there don’t even look like they’re out of high school yet
I'll never do business with key bank. Talk about GREEDY! They charged 7.50 to cash a payroll check thats from their bank. Because im not a member. Plus I had to show 2 id's and give my damn SSN.
Great friendly service
I've used Key for a long time and relocated my home branch from Batavia to Medina for convenience. Jacky was a wonderful manager, gave me useful and valuable advice, and I miss her. I've had only positive experiences with tellers. The new management looks a little grim, eyeballing incoming customers instead of smiling and welcoming them, but I haven't actually dealt with them yet.
I would NEVER recommend this bank the cashiers at medina branch are fabulous but the branch manager or what ever you wanna call him has a very bitter and poor attitude. Very unprofessional and because of that I wouldn't tell any one to deal with key and albion office is hours are a joke they don't tell you details on what you can or can't do with certain types accounts and next thing you got all these surprise fees that oh nothing we can do we are switching to esl and been with key for 19 years enough is enough and taking 14... read more
