Why do they have two stars? Seems like doing some simple, obvious things would lead to a drastic improvement in customer satisfaction.
So Rude I needed to reopen My account to process a Cashier check And the woman I work with really help me out with what I needed and she was really rude. Just gave me answer. It's like I don't know that's all I can do.
You gotta work at 8? We open at 9. You get out at 5? We close at 4 ;)
Please fix your hours online it says you’re open on Saturdays
I like this bank tellers are very friendly and helpful have always answered my questions.
