I took out 100 dollars from their Mac and it gave me 80! I immediately went out of my car inside and they would not give me the 20 back! Horrible service and why do they have keystone on the Mac but they claim they don’t own it? All they did was give me a useless number to call! What a disappointment Key Bank has been for our businesses. They started out strong and over the past ten years have gotten progressively more difficult to deal with. They have lost that community bank feel. Do yourself a favor if considering business banking with them DONT!
