Keybank and the employees talked this bank up like they were the best bank in the world. It was at first but after a month or so I realized this bank is worse then wellsfargo. cannot wait to finish my business with keybank and close my accounts immediately after!
What is up with their hours? Open at 9 am...cant go before work..check. Close at 4pm...can't go after work...check. What's the point??
Lot of bad reviews are surprising. Ive had great experience banking here. The people are always nice and informative and I never have issues getting my questions resolved.
