Heidi and the staff at this bank are fantastic. Heidi is very helpful and super nice. However!!! KeyBank as a whole is a hot mess & their massive mistake, which continues today, is costing me interest and practically destroying my small business because of the massive error that allowed a fraudster thief to drain my business account at a local grocery store.
