Bank full of white people, a staff member comes out to a group of 3 black women and says 'I'm busy what do you want '?! It didn't sound like he was joking, and the whole bank heard him. Also heard him say he'd been there for 30 years. 0 stars if it were possible. The young teller guy was very professional and helpful though.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The branch staff consistently ignore incoming phone calls. Promised manager callbacks through app support are completely ignored. Tellers gave inaccurate information regarding standard check availability. Management refuses to offer any reasonable compromise.
During a fee inquiry with my elderly client on the phone, an employee named Sean made discriminatory remarks, calling me “that Black girl” and implying I was manipulating the situation. This behavior was unprofessional, offensive, and completely unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the branch and is inconsistent with professional and ethical banking standards. I hope the branch addresses this behavior, ensures corrective action is taken, and prevents such incidents from happening to others.
