I'm forced to designate one star so that i may enter this review. That is not fair. I would not have designated any stars. Please revise this option. I had an extremely disturbing and unpleasant experience this morning that ruined my day, for no reason. I made a simple request for temporary checks; my new check order had an error, and I wanted to make sure that I had a couple checks in abeyance. I did not know how this procedure and simply asked. Everyone there, wants to be there and it shows. Super helpful. I really like this bank! Have checking, savings, high yield savings, CD, always patient and knowledgeable.
On weekends this branch doesn’t answer the phone.
Took a full 5 minutes to withdraw money. Acceptable but slow. Do they only serve 20 customers an hour?
