Everyone there, wants to be there and it shows. Super helpful. I really like this bank! Have checking, savings, high yield savings, CD, always patient and knowledgeable.
On weekends this branch doesn’t answer the phone.
Took a full 5 minutes to withdraw money. Acceptable but slow. Do they only serve 20 customers an hour?
Fantastic service and customer care. The manager Matt will go above and beyond to see that your needs are met. While tending to one issue, he will also let you know if your account is vulnerable in other areas and offer the best upgrade options to help make it more secure.
The wait for the drive 🚗 thru was kinda long,... but the teller was friendly.
