During a fee inquiry with my elderly client on the phone, an employee named Sean made discriminatory remarks, calling me “that Black girl” and implying I was manipulating the situation. This behavior was unprofessional, offensive, and completely unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the branch and is inconsistent with professional and ethical banking standards. I hope the branch addresses this behavior, ensures corrective action is taken, and prevents such incidents from happening to others.

I'm forced to designate one star so that i may enter this review. That is not fair. I would not have designated any stars. Please revise this option. I had an extremely disturbing and unpleasant experience this morning that ruined my day, for no reason. Everyone there, wants to be there and it shows. Super helpful. I really like this bank! Have checking, savings, high yield savings, CD, always patient and knowledgeable.
