I have only had two interactions with KeyBank one was professional the other I think was discriminatory. I want to scratch off ticket back in October and went to the lottery commission which processed the check with key Bank. The amount was for $10,000, since the check was a KeyBank check the branch in Schenectady cashed the check no problems no issues told me have a nice day even offered me a lollipop. This is a place I brought a neighbor has she had some errands to run. I went in with her people were very friendly but the woman who helped her kept stressing she only did Investments. There were seven workers and only two customers and no one at the counter and there was about a 15-minute wait while they chatted amongst themselves
Horrible customer service at this branch.
