Horrible customer service at this branch.
I started interacting with keybank in February. I have had 7-8 interactions between the phone and in branch. There were only 2-3 interactions I felt went smooth. The remaining interactions have been frustrating. the level of knowledge between employees are vastly different. Feel free to reach out to me Key, but I can't grantee we will have a future together. Banking should be easy, not frustrating. I have selected the wolf road branch as my 1 star as I feel they are the cause for majority of my frustrations. All of the peopl... read more
