I started interacting with keybank in February. I have had 7-8 interactions between the phone and in branch. There were only 2-3 interactions I felt went smooth. The remaining interactions have been frustrating. the level of knowledge between employees are vastly different. Feel free to reach out to me Key, but I can't grantee we will have a future together. Jodi S is excellent she has great financial knowledge.
I cannot say enough about the quality of the personnel, at this location. They address me by my first name when I walk in. (And there has been a few staff changes, in my limited amount of time as a customer) Always friendly, and helpful too the upmost. Never had a problem that could not be resolved on the spot. Would like too acknowledge Jodie, and Nicole particularly for their outstanding service.
