I have good customer service every time I go there and the people are very polite.
Honestly, I’ve been to hundreds of key banks across NYS. This one by far always takes the longest to assist customers. They move incredibly slow and carry on personal conversations with every regular that comes in. It’s quite obnoxious to be honest for those of us who have things to do and places to be, to sit and listen to conversations that have nothing to do with business transactions, while there’s a line to the door. I’ll use other branches going forward.
One of the best well ran branches! We travel often and visit many KeyBank branches. This location has a great team. The tellers are always so helpful. The women at the desks can do anything. The manager has been influential in the growth of our business and family banking needs. Great work!
It is a pleasure working with this branch. I work closely with Meenu and she goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Would recommend!
So I opened up a bank account for my 16 year old son and Julie Fleming was awesome took her time to get everything correct before we left the bank ya have a great employee on ya hands
