Don’t bank here. Had zelle payment get lost. Moved to a different bank and let my savings sit for 3 years. Account was open for about 15 years. After not touching my savings for 3 years they started charging my savings a monthly maintenance fee. In 15 years there was NEVER any fees. Don’t let your money sit too long or they will find a way to start taking it.
I absolutely have never been so insulted in my entire life. I went to KeyBank in order to open account for my husband and I was more or less escorted out the door. I was trying to open up an account for my husband due to the fact that we moved from California to Indiana and I have no Global Banks here where his VA check has been deposited. All I need to do is change Banks for him, it would make it much easier for me to have to do his banking as I am his Fiduciary through VA. She absolutely didn't even let me talk. Don't plain on using bill pay with this company because they will lose your payment causing a late fee to the creditor you sent payment to. Or bill pay takes 10-14 days for you creditor to receive payment way PAST the guaranteed date. Ready to find a different bank or switch to a credit union and stop using the banking system.
Stay away from Keybank.
Key bank now I understand why your slowly disappearing. You won't even cash your own checks. They call that fraud where I'm from and you guys should be locked up down to the janitor. The Intent to deceive that's what you crooks are doing when you put your key bank logo on a check and tell me I can't cash it because it's over 1500.
