Rude and condescending workers and not a trusted bank . Money missing from our account they refused to look into at all.
Don’t bank here. Had zelle payment get lost. Moved to a different bank and let my savings sit for 3 years. Account was open for about 15 years. After not touching my savings for 3 years they started charging my savings a monthly maintenance fee. In 15 years there was NEVER any fees. Don’t let your money sit too long or they will find a way to start taking it.
I absolutely have never been so insulted in my entire life. I went to KeyBank in order to open account for my husband and I was more or less escorted out the door. I was trying to open up an account for my husband due to the fact that we moved from California to Indiana and I have no Global Banks here where his VA check has been deposited. All I need to do is change Banks for him, it would make it much easier for me to have to do his banking as I am his Fiduciary through VA. She absolutely didn't even let me talk.
