Terrible customer service, and bank manager is just plain rude. Don't use this bank for anything. They will take advantage of you and won't do anything to help you if there is a problem.
Bad review, this bank charges $7.50 to cash their own checks, and didn't want to give any kind of reciept for the $7.50 they made me pay. This should be illegal. What are they doing with that money??? Banks shouldn't charge funds to cash thier own checks. WHATS UP WITH THAT... WITH NO RECORD. Very Disatisfied
Great service! Great staff! The bank I was using messed up a loan for my business. They got it approved and in half the time. They also provided solutions for other issues I was having. They are the best bank I've worked with. Wish I would've joined sooner.
I have used banks all over, but this is the worst. Full of lazy and racist bank managers and tellers. I walked in to get a paper noterized, and called before hand to insure the noter would be there, then had to with no line in front of me. To top it off another customer comes in and they open a window for him immediately. They would not exchange coins for cash because I am not a customer. I'm from put of town so my bank is not local. I went over to People's Bank and they Were friendly and had no problem helping me: easy and welcoming!
I was appalled yesterday at church to hear this event that happened to my friend Barbara Aggers on Friday at Chagrin Falls. She tried towithdraw $40.00 from her account by atm machine, got her card back but no cash. The person behind her in line saw this attempt to get cash and gave Barbara her name and number as a witness. Barabara went inside to ask about it and was insulted when she was told that she had made a mistake. She said they paractically called me a liar. The people working at this branch are super helpfull and are very willing to help in anyway they can. I will be staying with key and continuing to goto this branch.
