I paid my loan off for my car. I am in a different state. Wouldn't you think a bank would be grateful for my money and show their appreciation? Not these folks. This is a horrible bank with no principles, empathy or sympathy, they are ruthless and definitely don't keep the community top of mind. They moved in recently into an old community like Nyack and harass a mother with two little children for parking in their side parking lot after office hours at 7.30 pm. Watch your fees! They were storing my money and paying me almost no interest. Then they raised the fees for doing so. I'd have been further ahead keeping my money in a mattress. Credit unions are a much better deal, and so are many competing banks.

They charge my checking account $7 a month because I deposit less than $500 a month!
Don't ever bank here! This is the worst bank ever, they just steal your money and fee you to death. I thought I hated the big banks, but they treat you better than this.
