Choose any other bank. I wish I had read the reviews. I am not one to write reviews but this has been the worst banking experience I have ever had. I have had transactions doubled, deposits cleared and then revoked after I have paid bills, to be hit with over draft fees. This bank has literally stolen my money. They say they will call me back to discuss and never do. I have only had them for 5 months and I am switching to Chase.
If I could give Key bank negative stars I would . What a joke this place is and they are thieves . They held two $1000 checks for over two weeks for “possible not to collect funds” my checks have never bounced since I’ve been with this bank over two years , and I had no help from customer service . DO NOT USE KEY BANK
I wish I could give negative stars. This place is a joke. Loved it when it was First Niagara, they always cared about the CUSTOMER which is a foreign concept to key bank. Unfortunately had money stolen, had to get a new debit card which took almost one month. For once month I had no access to any money. No one is any help. Customer service reps are lazy and rush off the phone to switch you to an automated system. What a joke. Worst customer service. I left this bank and will never recommend it to anyone.
