Went to cash and deposit a check. New person in training was left alone so her peers could be on their phone, no help from upper management. Lazy employees.

Came to deposit a check at 4:30 that they needed to verify and instead of calling the person who wrote the check they sent me home. I called and was told the bank needed to call to verify so i had to go back they finally called and no one answered because it was about to be 5pm. Employees are Lazy. When i ask why they didn’t called no one give me an actual answer. Flor needs to be better.

Do yourself a favor do not go to this Key Bank at all. People work there. Do not care about your time or anything else. I had an appointment at noon girl was late not even an apology calling back so yes, do not go to this bank. So you got one star from me.
