I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with KeyBank was frustrating from start to finish. Staff seemed uninterested in helping, questions went unanswered, and simple banking issues took far longer than they should have. Customer service is clearly not a priority at this location. I left feeling disappointed and will likely take my business elsewhere.
Bring the K-Y Jelly. I had a check written from a KeyBank account. The bank tried to charge a $10.00 fee to cash one of their own checks because I didn't have a KeyBank account. Take your response and file it in a place that the sun doesn't shine. I will NEVER even consider doing any type of business at KeyBank
I deposited $900. $800 into checking $100 into savings, they told me they'd mail me my debit card. Before my debit card arrived in the mail, they closed my whole bank account, I had to call to find this out. No notifications... Now my $900 will be arriving in the mail by check back to me.... Terrible... I have $900 in the air who knows ..... Briana Morris setup my account. But now my money is gone. They didn't notify me. I don't even know where my money is.
