People love to leave negative reviews for the stupidest reasons (most of which is their own fault) This staff at this location have always been nice and very respectable to me. This location has and always will be my primary location to go to.
The staff was incredibly rude. I'm traveling and had an emergency and even though I have several forms of ID including my SS card. They wouldn't let me take any of MY MONEY out of my account. I can't wait to close my key account because they're the worst bank in the history of financial institutions.
Nothing but problems using this bank constantly having problems, depositing money or checks takes up to 10 to 45 business days at some point if something goes wrong I have to pay bills. I put money in there and I sometimes never get it and it didn’t even return my money at certain point it just took it. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy complete joke. If you wanna deal with a nightmare go to this bank
Amazing staff! While out visiting family, I took my aunt to do some errands. I had never stepped into a key bank before this. We were helped by very sweet lady, Nika (spelling?). She went above and beyond any expectation I've ever had for any banks (I bank with Chase, I know booo). She listened and explained things in detail for my aunt and even offered suggestions and other services if she was interested.
