The Key Bank on BETHEL RD is awful!Everytime I get off 315 and stop into that bank without remembering how bad it is Im am disappointed yet again. I have yet to visit that bank without some hassle with my account, I then leave and stop at the bank on Franz Rd and I am completely satisfied. When you walk into the Key Bank on Cemetary Rd, or Franz Rd, you get a warm greeting, and a pleasant atmosphere!
We have banked at this branch for over a decade now and have always been very pleased with the staff. They know you when you walk in and will go the extra mile to help you with any sort of banking needs. It is the kind of personal banking atmosphere that used to be around in the "old days".
