Why in the world would you close the bank at 4pm . People work till 4
Come all the way out here to make a cash deposit only to find a sign “Bank is closed this Thursday 12pm -4pm while employees are out doing charitable work”. CHEAP. Pay your employees to do charitable work AND pay them to run your stores to serve your customers. Unbelievable waste of time.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Key Bank is the worst bank I've ever used in my entire life. The people at the branch and customer service are friendly and as helpful as they can be, but the problem is that they are at the mercy of a mysterious "BACK OFFICE". Key Bank as a whole is the issue... I deposited a check, and they said that there would be a 1-day hold and it would be made available the next day... no problem, that's standard practice. Debbie has zero idea what she is doing. Although she will be quick to tell you how she has worked there for 28 years. Just plain stupid. And very upset. Avoid this place at all cost. I would leave a zero if possible.
