DON'T BANK OR MORTGAGE WITH KEYBANK!!! They systems were compromised leaving my personal information at risk, all they offered was credit monitoring for a short time. It took weeks of emails and hard work on my part to dissolve my escrow, so I could make my own insurance and tax payments (saved $200 dollars doing so) and most recently they are not set up to allow their customers to make bi-monthly payments (making payments every two weeks can save you years and money towards interest over the course of your loan).
