Went in today to open an account. The curt teller on duty answered “Do you have and appointment, we like it when you have an appointment”. I said no I had no idea I needed one, I have never needed one to open an account at any other bank. She asked what looked like another teller if she could help me today. She basically said no. Waited in the drive up window for 20 minutes and the bank teller returned my money to me without an envelope when I had change and a large amount of bills and I felt like she was very rude
