Had a terrible experience with this location! One teller told me that I would be getting $500 back from my secured credit card for closing the account, and when I called a few business days later another told me that was incorrect information and I wouldn’t be getting the $500 back so I asked to speak to a manager, and all she said is, we’ll talk to that teller that gave you the wrong information. Needless to say time and money wasted, switching banks for good.
Always 1 lady here in a bad mood. Which makes no dam sense why you would work at at place that you need to deal with customer. The Asian lady is nice though.
