Some people here are incredibly rude. They really need to work on customer service.
I love key bank, I switched over from Wells Fargo. Amber made my transactions seamless. She was very detailed and went through the process with me of direct deposit and what banking products would be most beneficial for me. The only thing I find to be frustrating at times is that there usually is only one teller, especially on Fridays, I noticed that people saw the extention line and walked out, which is unfortunate.
