I am disappointed with the customer service as this bank. The past few times I have been in they do not have staff to accommodate their customers nor can they help over the phone. I am seriously considering moving my account after having been a long time customer. Stopped by the bank today. It shows open on Google at 11am on Saturday. It’s 11:15am and the bank is closed.
Changed my review to 3 stars. I have no plans to change banks due to their customer service in person and over th phone. My main issue is having only one location and one atm in town that is on the other side of town is really inconvenient. At the very least an atm located in downtown Juneau would be helpful.
i've been at keybank for 8 years and i had an awful experience with the supervisor, it really stunned me because i didn't appreciate that my appearance came off as quote disrespectful and other things i would rather not say there is quite a lot. Honestly i don't appreciate how awful and humiliating that one interaction could be so the outcome was, me ending my account with keybank. Assumptions hurt people, especially loyal customers.
If their one ATM in town was ever working i would up the stars. Maybe they should start waving the 9 dollar fee to use other atms if theirs hardly ever works. I was happy with them until I had to go an hour out of my way for services because their online sucks so much but now have to research other banking options which are almost as bad in Juneau. Tempted to go back to a prepaid debit card at this rate.
Had to call over 20 times to speak to someone. Misleading statements and not knowledgeable about the PPP loans during the 2020 year.
