Do not trust this bank. Without notifying us, Key bank drilled into and removed the contents of our safety deposit box. They have refused accountability. You need to trust your bank. Go elsewhere!
The customer service I get at this Key location is second to none! Mic is always helpful when I come in and makes the process simple!

Not a dig at this branch specifically, but this bank is top two of the worst banks I have ever done business with. They have closed down whole accounts of mine with no rhyme or reason, and without any notification.. Multiple times!! I was told I needed to verify my address today, but due to me not providing this information (even though I was never notified and also have both an existing/active Checking AND Savings account with this terrible bank) they closed my account and removed the money that was in it.
