Not a dig at this branch specifically, but this bank is top two of the worst banks I have ever done business with. They have closed down whole accounts of mine with no rhyme or reason, and without any notification.. Multiple times!! I was told I needed to verify my address today, but due to me not providing this information (even though I was never notified and also have both an existing/active Checking AND Savings account with this terrible bank) they closed my account and removed the money that was in it. AWESOME PEOPLE!
Thanks to the 2 employees there today that helped us out with a notary! Been to 3 places(one my regular bank-ugh!), and no notaries. I've been looking for a reason to change banks- their friendliness just might do it. One helped with the notarizing and the other manager and I chatted up the old Magnolia. He even brought old pictures out from the 60s and 70s. Thanks guys- you made our day just a little bit easier because of your kindness!
