I’ve been a loyal KeyBank client for years and have generally had a great experience. Recently, my accounts were temporarily restricted due to a minor issue with a deposit, which was stressful at first. However, the situation was resolved much more quickly than I expected, and the bank worked to restore access to my accounts promptly. I would leave a lower review if that were possible. While most of the staff are kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help, the manager, Aiden, is a terrible human being. He never attempts to assist clients and only focuses on selling insurance policies and other products. Whenever you speak with him, he talks down to clients and bullies people instead of helping them.
