Terrible Experience After 5 Years of Loyalty I’ve been a KeyBank customer for almost 5 years, doing everything electronically without ever stepping foot in a branch. All in all I googled the closest key bank to me and gps brought me to this location. When I went in one personal banker that sat to closest to the door was very pleasant and helpful. I was informed that I may have had to have an appointment for what I was looking to do. The personal banker that sat further from the door offered to speak to a manager to see if I could be attended to.
