I've been with Key for a long time. I took my teenage daughter in to set up a checking account and it went very smoothly. My daughter was even walked through how to set up everything online and the bank had already closed. Great customer service! Thank you!

Horrible, the company in itself is a joke. I had been a victim of fraud and what does keybank do? Permanently ban me because I was quote,) "Too much of a hassle ". Please heed this to anyone looking forward to making an account with them. I strongly suggest you go to a different bank instead. These guys are bad at solving any problems you may have.
