Recently my account/bankcard was compromised by a fake hub. KeyBank recognized and blocked the attempted breach. I visited my Bank here in Moses Lake and found a pleasant Clarissa Henson at her desk ready to assist. She was quick and very friendly...almost like I've known her for years, easy to talk with and get my banking back in perspective. I found he professional manner and efficiency OUTSTANDING... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... Thank you, Clarissa. You are a genuine rarity in personable banking communication.
The only problem i have is the keybank app. It's being extremely slow and I cant access the app it's being buggy. Other than that I love the staff and the environment the friendliness the outgoing people and how fast the tellers and personal bankers are.
Went into bank with a 2 year old and the bank lady took such good care of my family helping us open up 2 new accounts. They let me use the employee bathroom to change my toddler and I really appreciated that! We will be staying with Key bank. No weird fees. good customer service.
This branch really took care of me, I also saw how they took care of others in my brief visit. Rosa and her crew were very efficient and kind. Wonderful people.
