This branch really took care of me, I also saw how they took care of others in my brief visit. Rosa and her crew were very efficient and kind. Wonderful people.
The manager there made me really uncomfortable, she gave me a lot of adittude while asking to open an account, and told me multiple times to stop talking for nothing, also rolled her eyes multiple times and would go to other associates and say rude things about me multiple times, very unprofessional and rude. And her breath stinks.
July 3rd 2024 I went in to the moses lake branch and I had an incident with the manager. So, the manager got out of her office and came to the teller line and didn't acknowledge myself or any of the clients. She approached the teller line and she ignored all of us again. She was with a client and said hi to the drive thru. Once the manager finished helping the client and drive thru she told myself and the clients, "I'll be with you guys in a minute" in a very sarcastic tone and she left the teller line again.
