I always read reviews before making a big purchase and I wanted to write a review for the Key Bank located in Warsaw, In. As a small business owner, I know the importance of reading/writing reviews and how much the impact can make. 2 years ago there was a group of us ladies that had our car windows broken into over by the boardwalk while doing Senior/Family pictures. No drive thru deposit drop off. Good luck finding a parking spot as the 24/7 15 minute parking spot in front is never enforced. Mad Anthony customers will often park there for over an hour.

Worst customer service experience! Speaking to someone who is polite and professional is not what you will receive. When I call to ask for a supervisor they leave me on hold and pass me around! Definitely do not recommend handling any accounts with them.
