Went to cash a check on a customer's account, they ask if I had an account..no I replyed..it will cost you 7.50 .ok I said..then another teller came and wanted my social. Made an appointment a week in advance for Saturday morning with Heather and she didn’t show up. Luckily a gentleman there was able to have the meeting with us.
Ellen is great! They are mostly all super nice Super clean and they have lollipops for my angel. Ellen however always is the most helpful and figured out issues even corporate and customer service agents can't figure out.
Love the services KeyBank offer. I'm glad that I left my other bank and got to KeyBank, much better and closer to home. I can pull out my cash advance from Capital One here (there's no Capital One bank in Pittsburgh area and ATM only allowed $400 withdrawal a day) for emergency need without charging extra fee. I went to PNC bank and they couldn't do it. I can transfer money online from KeyBank to my other bank and it will get to my other bank next business day, always, early morning!
