Key Bank Milwaukie FOR THE WIN. I recently went into this Key Bank branch a half hour before closing to get some assistance with a somewhat complicated matter (thought it would be quick, it was not. I know, very rude!). I had the best experience with the manager and the person who ultimately took care of my request. Greeted the second I entered the mainbranch and was offered assistance immediately
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Worse customer service, rude tellers and 800 customer service They don’t follow through with their promises. I will close my accounts and go to a more reliable and customer service oriented bank. Never again. Once they have your money, it’s all over.
