This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Worse customer service, rude tellers and 800 customer service They don’t follow through with their promises. I will close my accounts and go to a more reliable and customer service oriented bank. Never again. Once they have your money, it’s all over.
This horrible bank cheats their customers offering a $300 bonus.I did meet all their requirements for the bonus. They never gave me the bonus. Changing the terms. I called the bank, they hung up on me.deposited over $ 30000 and never got credit. Don’t be fooled. Go to another bank. This bank scams their customers.
If you're interested in waiting well over 20 mins while 3 tellers are all starring into their screens to finally give up and leave ( 3 time in the last few.months) this is that bank for you. I'll make the extra trip.to drive over to Woodstock branch where I'm helped with my business account.
Doors are all locked, but they say they're open. Ridiculous that they don't have any signage posted about closures. I hate this location. I never have a good experience.
The plus: personalized banking services using a cubby sitting at a desk rather than standing in a line which I apprecite. The negative: not open on Saturdays.
