I went in eager to send an international wire transfer. That is something I have never done before. Ronish the Branch Manager was very helpful. He explained the process and waited patiently while I had to get the account number we were sending to. He was delightful and very helpful. It is all we could want from a bank branch.
Stopped by to do a simple cash transaction and “KeyBank” requires all your info including your social security. Every time I asked why- even though I provided 3 forms of ID, the teller kept saying “ do you want to proceed or not, I can’t help you if we don’t have your social, employer, phone number, address” (def felt a bit hostile) for me to withdrawals $40.
