I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Simple tasks like changing an address took almost half an hour in person (and wasn't actually done correctly) while it took under 10 minutes at TD Bank. The app is unresponsive and mobile deposits rarely work. I spend more time on hold than I ever did speaking with an actual person. The hours can be difficult to work with, and the service members are so unknowledgeable that you have to endure multiple transfers to get to some one who can help you.
