Not happy at all with this bank. I had a bad experience a good number of years back and decided to give them a chance. They did not deposit the bonus into my account, tried to charge a service fee (hidden) to my husband's account and didn't even mail him out a card! And on top of that I haven't even received this month's billing statement in the mail. I will be closing my account tomorrow. The teller had me wait 10 minutes then threw the money at me .
This bank has the worst fees in the world. I went in to try to cash a check from KeyBank themselves and they want to charge $7.50 to cash a check from their own bank. I just wonder what kind of fees the charge to their actual customers...
