I've had positive experiences with all of the bankers/tellers that I've interacted with here.
Currently sitting at the ATM with our card stuck inside and our cash deposit also stuck. Worst part is we can't even leave because the ATM is frozen with our pin on the screen. Customer service won't answer. Been on hold 15 min. I guess we are camping here tonight.
I went in because I was attempting to load money in another account and the other application declined it and told me to contact my bank. Branch manager (young white man) told me that if I didn't know what I was doing, I should not be using it. It was another young lady who assisted me.
