Stephanie was very helpful and gave me good personal help. I didn’t have the balance in my acct as I thought. We worked through that nicely. I got some cash and she told me about a special on their checking. It was a delight to be assist by Stephanie.
My experience was bad with this bank. I used the ATM and they claimed that there was a problem with the ATM. I couldn’t get any information about where my money was. I advise anyone not to use the ATM. There is no real help. Everyone evades responsibility in this bank.
