This is the best bank around. They're so knowledgeable and friendly. It's like one big family. Great job
Just went in to cash a check. Check was from a family member with a Keybank account. Just because I did not have a Keybank account, the teller wanted to charge me $7.50 to do so. Grabbed my check and walked out.
Will never deal with a Key Bank, although I may not need to. We are travellers and just needed a roll of quarters to do laundry. They would not let me buy a roll of quarters because I dont have an account there and when asked had no suggestions on how to get one. What has become of banks?? I have never had this problem before.
Doors were locked during normal business hours, couldn't get in to do a simple transaction, saw customers inside but couldn't get in? Probably time to take my money elsewhere.
