Younger ladies at front desk never want to help, love to deny requests, and present an overall demeanor that they simply don't want to be there. Veteran ladies like Cathy are great, you must make it through the negative front desk ladies to typically get access to experienced bankers unfortunately. Negative experience virtually everytime I deal with them- again Cathy is excellent.
I have had so many issues with this branch, it truly boils my blood. The most recent fiasco is that my credit card through them expired in May, a new one was supposedly sent to me and I never received it. I called mid June and spoke to Dennis who ordered me another over the phone and I never received that one. I called again and spoke to Tyler who ordered me ANOTHER one and had it shipped to the store, he said it should take maybe a week to be delivered and he would call.
