It is very inconvenient to have hours 9 am to 4pm week days. EVERYONE is probably working those hours. that means, your customer would have to take off work, consequently losing money. to come to Keybank to do their banking. Please consider your customers needs and change your business hours to fit the work day schedule. At least open at 8am and stay open till at least 5 or even 6pm. What a lame response! No wonder this branch has such a low review rating.
These are the rudest tellers in northeast Ohio, Miss Witpam especially. I feel like closing my account she always has a horrible attitude and so rude. If you hate your job that much work elsewhere, It’s obvious way this branch is rated 2.3 stars.
